Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Axel Weinbrecht GmbH, Karlsbaderstraße 9, 75210 Keltern, Germany, info@weinbrecht.de, Telephone: 0049 7236 932425) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

You may also declare your cancellation via our electronic cancellation function on our website. For this purpose, we provide an online form under "Declare cancellation", through which you can submit your cancellation electronically. Upon receipt of your cancellation, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt without undue delay.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must send or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties and functionality.
