What is an Inkless Pen?

An inkless pen works differently from a conventional ballpoint pen or fountain pen. Instead of ink, the Original Inkless Pen uses a specially developed metal tip. When writing, it leaves fine marks on the paper and enables long-lasting writing.

The principle of writing with metal has been known for centuries. Since 2001, Axel Weinbrecht has combined this idea with state-of-the-art materials research and the specially developed AXL metal alloy.

The AXL metal tip was developed by Axel Weinbrecht in 2001 and remains the heart of all ORIGINAL INKLESS PENS to this day.

The specially developed metal alloy is free from harmful substances. At the same time, the tip wears down only very slowly during writing and is designed for an exceptionally long service life, making it a sustainable choice.
